2000 By-Laws

| These are the last legal (uncontested) by-laws by which KWVA's business should be conducted. They are found
in the Sept./Oct. 2000 issue of the Graybeards, beginning on page 9. The July 27, 2000 by-laws should be the
ones that the Chapters, Departments, and KWVA Executive Council use in carrying out the business of KWVA. Harley
Coon orchestrated an illegal bylaws change the next year. All business conducted under the Year 2001 by-laws is
being conducted illegally. |
