Korean-Americans

I am Korean and married to a multiracial American (Cuban + Irish + German).  I am a student working toward my master's degree in Graphic Design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.  My thesis is about race and culture in Korean-American interpersonal relationships, and it tells the stories of Korean-American interracial couples, Korean adoptees, and people of Korean-American mixed descent.  The purpose of my thesis is to raise awareness of cultural identity issues in Korean American interracial relation.  My thesis will investigate how people reconcile their individual cultural identity in a multi-generational and transracial context.
